By installing LOD Creator Studio or accessing lodcreatorstudio.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the product. These terms apply to all users — Beta, Creator, Studio, and Charter Member.
LOD Creator Studio is a Chrome browser extension and accompanying web service that provides AI-assisted content creation tools for YouTube creators. The service includes script generation, hook writing, title creation, comment analysis, and related features powered by Anthropic's Claude AI.
LOD Creator Studio is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Google LLC, YouTube, or Anthropic PBC beyond use of their respective APIs and platforms.
You activate your account with your email address. You are responsible for keeping your email and account secure. One account per person. You may use the extension across multiple YouTube channels according to your plan tier.
You must be at least 13 years old to use LOD Creator Studio. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
You agree to use LOD Creator Studio only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree NOT to:
LOD Creator Studio operates on a credit system. Credits are consumed when you use AI generation features. Some features — including title generation and the teleprompter — are always free and do not consume credits.
Monthly credits reset on a rolling 30-day basis from your activation date. Unused credits roll over up to the limits specified for your plan tier. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged.
Plan limits, credit amounts, and pricing are subject to change. We will provide at least 30 days notice of any material changes to paid plan terms. Charter Members are exempt from price increases for as long as their account remains active.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on the billing cycle you selected. You can cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Charter Member is a one-time payment with no subscription. It is non-refundable after 7 days from purchase.
For Creator and Studio subscriptions, refund requests made within 7 days of a charge and before significant usage may be considered at our discretion. Contact lodreelwriter@gmail.com with refund requests.
We do not offer refunds for credits consumed, partial billing periods, or plan downgrades.
LOD Creator Studio uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate content suggestions. The AI assists your creative process — it does not replace your judgment as a creator.
LOD Creator Studio — including its code, design, branding, and proprietary systems — is owned by Ryan Billiot (@LawOfDistraction). All rights reserved.
You retain ownership of all content you create using the tool. By using the service, you do not grant us any rights to your YouTube channel, videos, or original creative work.
The LOD logo, name, and associated branding may not be used without written permission.
We work to keep LOD Creator Studio available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The extension depends on YouTube's page structure, Anthropic's API, and Cloudflare's infrastructure — any of which may change or experience outages outside our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of major changes to paid users.
LOD Creator Studio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You may stop using LOD Creator Studio at any time by uninstalling the extension and canceling your subscription.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abuse, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice. In cases of serious abuse, termination may be immediate and without refund.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orleans Parish, Louisiana, or through binding arbitration at our election.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
